Graduates of Distinction

The Weedsport Central School District Board of Education has established the Graduates of Distinction program to honor alumni who have achieved remarkable lifetime accomplishments. Honorees, whether living or deceased, are mature adults who exemplify outstanding citizenship and have distinguished themselves through their professions, careers, or contributions to their communities. Recognitions may include exceptional career achievements, significant service to humanity, or a lifetime of accomplishments across various fields. To be eligible, nominees must have graduated from Weedsport Central School District at least 10 years prior to their nomination.

Recipients of this prestigious honor will be permanently recognized at Weedsport Central School and publicly celebrated. Honorees are officially acknowledged at the Weedsport Alumni Banquet each June.

How to Nominate
Nomination packets can be obtained by clicking here: Graduates of Distinction Application and Recommendation Template for Graduates of Distinction Packet, visiting the District Office or by contacting the office at 315-834-6637 to request a mailed packet. Completed nominations must be submitted by March 1 of each year.

This program celebrates the extraordinary careers and accomplishments of Weedsport alumni while highlighting their profound impact on their communities and beyond. It is our hope that these honorees serve as a beacon of inspiration for current students and the entire Weedsport community, demonstrating the heights that can be reached through hard work and dedication.
