Varsity Field Hockey
Varsity Field Hockey’s Athlete of the Month is Jordan Powers. In the second half of the season, Jordan has become a force to be reckoned with on defense. The right side of defense is the offense’s strong side – but you would not know it. Jordan stopped countless breakaways and also carried the ball to midfield many times to start our offense. She is deceptively quick, keeps her stick down to disrupt the offense and works hard in practice.
