The New York State Public High School Athletic Association (NYSPHSAA) recently awarded Weedsport with an Award of Excellence for exemplary display of sportsmanship, ethics and integrity.

“This award brings great honor to our student athletes, coaches, and community as a whole,” said Weedsport athletic director Zac Young.

“The importance and lifelong lessons that take place through interscholastic sports cannot be overstated. We are grateful to be honored by the National Federation of State High School Associations.”
