Weedsport Junior-Senior High School Presents 'Hello, Dolly!'

The Weedsport Junior-Senior High School is proud to present its spring production of ‘Hello, Dolly!,’ the beloved Broadway classic filled with wit, charm, and unforgettable music. Set in turn-of-the-century New York, the story follows the irrepressible Dolly Gallagher Levi, a clever and charismatic matchmaker determined to secure a prosperous match for the wealthy and curmudgeonly Horace Vandergelder—while skillfully orchestrating the romantic entanglements of those around her. As clerks Cornelius Hackl and Barnaby Tucker venture into the city for adventure, and milliner Mrs. Molloy and her assistant Minnie Fay dream of something more, Dolly reminds us all that life is meant to be lived boldly and joyfully.
This vibrant production showcases the talents of students in grades 6–12 and stars senior Ivy Miller as Dolly Gallagher Levi, Jacob Varga as Horace Vandergelder, Lucy Hopkins as Minnie Fay, Leah Barnhart as Mrs. Molloy, Christian LaValley as Cornelius Hackl, Kyle Quinn as Barnaby Tucker, Jeremiah Lasher as Ambrose Kemper, and Natalie Erbeck as Ermengarde, alongside a dedicated and dynamic ensemble who bring the bustling streets of New York to life.
Performances will take place on March 14th and 15th at 7:00 PM. Tickets are $8 at the door and are currently available in the reception areas of both the elementary and high schools for 7$ We look forward to welcoming you for an evening of laughter, romance, and classic Broadway magic.
